Read increasingly     Celebrating the Art of Storytelling and the Craft of Writing Created by respected mucosa and theatre journalist of 30 years, Daniel Dercksen, The Writing Studio is a leading self-sustaining training initiative in Africa. Following 19 years of workshops in Cape Town, and correspondence courses internationally, The Writing Studio has now relocated to Prince Albert, the Jewel of the Great Karoo, where it is urgently involved in the writing and minutiae of new screenplays, plays and novels.   Daniel Dercksen, the driving gravity overdue the successful self-sustaining training initiative The Writing Studio, is a published mucosa and theatre journalist of 30 years, and has been teaching workshops in creative writing, playwriting and screenwriting throughout South Africa since he worked the studio 19 years ago. Turning Words Into Action The Writing Studio turns words into action through intensive interactive correspondence courses to develop and well-constructed individual projects, ranging from screenplays for full-length mucosa and television, to novels and plays.
